Lets face it, if you’re on a liveaboard in the middle of the ocean for a week, there’s very little to do apart from read, rest, drink (obviously not between daily dives) and lounge around with your mates. From time to time there’s a good shot to be had above the water and I’ve included a few in the gallery below. I’ll never forget the time I spent an hour looking for Mantas in the Maldives with no success only to have one breach 50m of the port side when I’d surfaced and packed away my camera… doh!
