Serbia’s natural beauty

In February ‘08 myself and three friends decided to investigate the deep south of Serbia with a 3-day, 1200km, 4×4 road trip of epic proportions taking in such sights as Djavolja Varos (Devil’s town), Kopaonik & Zlatar mountains, the Uvac River canyon and Tara National Park. Having never before ventured further south than Belgrade (which is in the northern 3rd of Serbia), we struck out full of a spirit of adventure and not a little trepidation knowing that our route would take us to within 100m of the border of the newly, unilaterally, independently declared Kosovo.

Despite our concerns however the only trouble we experienced was choosing which way to point the camera….
